about me
hello, my name is Diana. my pottery practice follows where my curiosity and intuition lead, so my pieces are hardly ever the same twice; try as i might to make sets, my hands and attention inevitably drift elsewhere. i am a fervent believer of kiln magic, so each of my pieces is made with careful consideration of color, curve, and anticipated movement in the heat of the kiln. in my home studio, my practice relies almost entirely on collected rainwater and secondhand or upcycled equipment.
i am based in the Boston Metro area with my husband and our gaggle of pets, who mostly keep out of trouble: two dogs, two cats, and a trio of fish. i most probably have clay on my glasses.
